With Insurance

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare insurance.

If you are covered by insurance, you are not required to purchase a package. All services included in our care packages are covered under this model.

Appointments are typically $0-$40/session depending on your plan.

Self Pay (Non-insurance pricing)

Every new cash-pay client starts with an Initial Call ($175) before joining a package. The Initial Call allows me to get to know you, your health history, and your goals so we can come up with a plan and decide which package is appropriate!

We offer sliding scale pricing for those in financial need. Our adjusted rates are $140 for the initial consultation and $120 per follow-up session. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances and eligibility.

Do you accept HSA/FSA?

Yes!

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am in network with BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare and offer self-pay options for out-of-network clients. If you are out-of-network, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Do you do payment plans?

Yes! They are offered upon request
