Sophia Deahl is the owner and director of The Nourished Method, and the founder of Amara Bitters. Sophia has supported thousands of clients during her career across outpatient, private practice, and group models, and takes an integrative and functional medicine approach to health. Her work blends evidence-based nutrition, functional lab testing, and strategic lifestyle design to help women feel clear, strong, and fully themselves again — without extremes or guesswork.
In addition to her clinical work, Sophia is an educator and speaker, and the author of the Substack, Nourish & Thrive, recognized as a Rising Top 75 publication in Health & Wellness.
Sophia focuses on key pillars of health—including nutrition, hormones, gut health, movement, sleep, mindfulness, and detox—to support the body and mind as a whole.
Through her various platforms her mission is to empower adults to take control of their health, find balance, and build lasting habits that align with their goals.
Jess completed her Bachelor’s degree at UCLA before earning her Master’s degree at USC to become a Registered Dietitian. She is a certified yoga and pilates instructor, bringing a well-rounded, mind-body approach to everything she does. She believes that true nourishment goes far beyond what’s on your plate.
Jess’s approach is simple: she meets you exactly where you are to create a genuine partnership built around your goals, your lifestyle, and your unique relationship with food and movement, at whatever pace feels right for you.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her in the kitchen cooking wholesome, nourishing meals, out on a long walk or hike, lifting weights, running, or soaking up the sun at the beach.
Practical guidance that blends clinical expertise with real life.
My Substack is where I share weekly insights on functional nutrition, hormone and metabolic health, and the lifestyle strategies that help you eat well, find balance, and live fully.
