1:1 Nutrition Counseling – 15 min Discovery Call
The Nourished Method is for adults who are done cycling through programs — and ready for clarity, structure, and real results with a plan built for their body. We match you with a registered dietitian who will recommend individualized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, track your labs, and support you every step of the way towards your health goals. So you can show up with more confidence and more fully for your life and the people you care about.
95% of clients pay $0 out of pocket with insurance
Anthem · BlueCross BlueShield · Cigna · UMR · United HealthCare · Self Pay & HSA/FSA cards accepted
We don’t hand you a generic plan and send you off — we build an individualized plan around what your body needs, and walk with you every step of the way as you build new routines and navigate change.
We avoid unnecessary restriction and instead encourage a balanced approach to nutrition and help you address the root-cause: navigating appetite suppression from a GLP-1, irregular cycles with PCOS, acne, digestive symptoms, a history of dieting that’s made food complicated. That’s a fundamentally different starting question than most nutrition counseling asks.
We build flexible, satisfying patterns instead of prescribing diets, and keep relationship with food in mind. Our clients leave our program feeling confident and at ease around food, with less food noise.
Our plans are built for the commute, the move, the toddler, the trial that’s stressing someone out — not for an idealized version of their week. Written plans, journaling, short-term goals, and real accountability between sessions are what actually move the needle, not more nutrition facts.
We pull labs, talk through medication side effects, and loop in physicians, OB/GYNs, and therapists. Clients get one thread instead of seeing four separate providers
First, submit a brief form to get matched with a dietitian.
Book a 15-minute call to see if our program is the right fit.

Yes! We’re in network with BCBS/Anthem, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare/UMR. See our Insurance & Pricing page for details.
I use a secure online platform for billing and payment collection. I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. At this time, I do not accept checks.
We offer in-person sessions at our Nashville, Franklin, and Dallas offices, plus virtual sessions for clients across the US.
While lab work can be helpful, it is not required to enroll in my program.
I do offer a variety of lab panels, including comprehensive blood work, gut health testing, and hormone panels, when appropriate.
If it’s been a while since you’ve had labs—or if I feel testing would be helpful for your specific goals—I’ll recommend targeted panels after our Initial Call.
Yes—if they’re necessary! I aim to help you meet your nutrient needs through food first, but supplements are often helpful and necessary.
Supplement quality is important and I’m always mindful of cost considerations. To give you access to high-quality options, I partner with a third-party-tested supplement company to offer products at wholesale pricing (typically 20% off retail).
Initial sessions are typically 60 minutes.
Follow-ups are typically 45 minutes.
Everyone responds differently but many clients notice improvements in energy, digestion, body composition, blood sugar, inflammation, cravings, mood, and cycle symptoms within the first 4–8 weeks. Deeper hormonal, digestive, and metabolic shifts can take longer, but you should start feeling meaningful progress early in the process.
Everyone forms habits and sees progress at different speeds, so if you’d like to schedule more frequent sessions or continue beyond the program, we absolutely can. Many clients choose to schedule “maintenance sessions” once their health goals are met—usually 1–2 times per year—to check in and stay on track.
I’m happy to answer your questions over the phone. Click here to schedule a free call!
