Brain Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

This protein-rich, fiber-forward smoothie supports brain health, mood, and steady energy. Wild blueberries provide powerful antioxidants linked to cognitive and mood support, while healthy fats nourish the brain. The combination of protein, fat, and fiber helps stabilize blood sugar—supporting balanced energy and mood throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. frozen organic wild blueberries
  • 1/2 c. A2 greek yogurt (I like the brands Bellwether or Alexandre Farms)
  • 1/4 c. frozen organic kale
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (no alcohol)
  • 1 Tbs walnut butter (I like Artisana)
  • 1 Tbs flax/chia seed blend
  • 1 serving Vanilla Pea Protein Powder (I like Truvani)
  • To desired consistency unsweetened coconut milk (I like Califia)
  • Optional: ice, for thickness

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more coconut milk to thin or ice to thicken, as desired.
  4. Enjoy immediately.
